After eva luation by our technicians, we recommend you the HCZ80-200 centrifugal pump, which is highly compatible with the KSV125-55 pump you provided in terms of key parameters and can meet the working requirements of thermal power plants for transporting hot condensate.

III. Material composition description

At the same time, for clean, solid-free, non-corrosive condensate, carbon steel can provide reliable corrosion resistance, ensuring that the flow-through parts of the pump are not corroded by the medium during long-term operation, extending the service life of the pump.
Sealing components: The packing seal uses high-quality high-temperature resistant packing, which can maintain good sealing performance in high-temperature environments and effectively prevent medium leakage. At the same time, the packing seal has a simple structure and is easy to maintain and replace, reducing the maintenance cost of the equipment. If the customer has a need, the packing seal can also be converted into a high-temperature resistant mechanical seal. The mechanical seal has the advantages of good sealing performance, small leakage, and long service life, which can further improve the reliability and stability of the pump.
Other structural components: Other structural components of the pump, such as the pump body, pump cover, shaft, etc., are made of high-quality materials that match the flow-through components to ensure that the entire pump body has good overall performance and coordination.
